Description | Het RDW testcentrum is momenteel gehuisvest in Lelystad en heeft behoefte aan uitbreiding en een daarbij passende nieuwe huisvesting. Het nieuwe RDW testcentrum wordt verplaatst naar Marknesse en heeft als doelstelling optimaal en toekomstbestending de dienstverlening te kunnen faciliteren. Deze Opdracht/ Overeenkomst is verdeeld in 2 percelen en heeft betrekking op het volgende: 1. Perceel 1: Bouwkundige en constructieve werkzaamheden (incl. vaste inrichting): gebouw ten behoeve van de testbaan, bestaande uit testhallen/ voertuigwerkplaats, een kantoorgebouw, en diverse bijgebouwen; 2. Perceel 2: Installatietechnische werkzaamheden: elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties. De volgende onderdelen vallen buiten de scope van deze Opdracht/ Overeenkomst: 1. terreininrichting, testbaan, pompgebouw en toegangswegen (= terreinaannemer); 2. los meubilair; 3. bewegwijzeringen. |
