No other changes. ****************************************************************************************************************************** The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction project for the removal and replacement of carpet in court chambers and jury room, remodeling of the Bankruptcy Court’s IT office, and asbestos/lead abatements. Location is the Sioux Falls Federal Courthouse, 400 S Phillips Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Building Number: SD0021 This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $45 Million. All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology. A site visit will be conducted February 23, 2026, at 10:30 AM CST (Local Time). Details pertaining to the site visit meeting are enclosed in the solicitation. Interested firms are encouraged to attend the site-visit. Contractors as asked to submit an RSVP request for this site visit. Deadline to RSVP is February 19, 2026, by 12PM CDT.
