The Designer shall provide SD / DD & CD documents and estimated construction costs for University review . Designer shall also provide Bidding facilitation , contracts , construction administration , and inspection services for installation . The Designer shall schedule meetings with designated University representatives to review each design phase of the project , to include budget and schedule . The Designer shall submit all necessary documents , as required and if needed , for an informal North Carolina State Construction Office ( SCO ) review . The Reclaimed Water Phase 3 project will provide reclaimed water for use in irrigation . The University previously installed Alignment B of its reclaimed water ( RCW ) distribution system ( see attachments ), but has not yet installed the final connections to supply non - potable water to the associated irrigation and mechanical systems . Phase 3 is specifically for the irrigation connection as well as associated site work at the athletic fields required for compliance with the terms of the University ’ s Conjunctive Utilization Permit . The project includes design , construction , and execution for the following : • Booster Pump Station : A new irrigation pump at or near the Athletic Storage building and associated plumbing , power , metering , and telemetry • Underdrain Redirection : Select locations ( see attachments ) at the University athletic fields along Toby Creek require modification to prevent potential reclaimed water discharge into surface waters
