1 . 3 . 1 Full - Time Staff Recruitment ( On - Site Only , some remote but not 100 %) The recruitment firm will be responsible for identifying and presenting qualified candidates for permanent employment opportunities with SRPMIC . These resources will be evaluated by the hiring IT division , and upon selection , the candidate will be hired directly by SRPMIC as a full - time , permanent employee . All selected candidates must complete the SRPMIC Human Resources onboarding process prior to beginning employment . This process includes : 1 . 3 . 1 . 1 . Source candidates through diverse channels ( job boards , networks , referrals , etc .). 1 . 3 . 1 . 2 . Screen and pre - qualify candidates for skills , experience , and cultural fit . 1 . 3 . 1 . 3 . Present a shortlist of top candidates with recruiter notes and salary expectations . 1 . 3 . 1 . 4 . Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiations . 1 . 3 . 1 . 5 . Support onboarding as needed 1 . 3 . 2 Consulting / Contract Staffing Services ( May be remote , hybrid , or on - site ) The recruitment firm will provide qualified professional consultants to support SRPMIC on a temporary basis . These consultants will be contracted through the recruitment firm and will not be considered SRPMIC employees . The firm is responsible for sourcing , vetting , and presenting candidates who meet the specified qualifications and experience requirements . Consultants will work under the direction of SRPMIC staff and may be engaged for short - term or long - term assignments , depending on project needs . All consultants must comply with SRPMIC policies and procedures , including any required background checks and onboarding protocols . This process includes : 1 . 3 . 2 . 1 . Provide qualified consultants for short - term or long - term assignments . 1 . 3 . 2 . 2 . Ensure consultants meet technical and soft skill requirements . 1 . 3 . 2 . 3 . Handle all employment logistics for consultants ( e . g ., payroll , benefits , compliance ). 1 . 3 . 2 . 4 . Replace consultants promptly if performance issues arise .
