Description

The County of Inyo Department of Public Works (" County ") is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms ( Respondents ) who can provide the County with the following service : Recycling process services for Plastic , Glass and Paper . Scope of Services PROCESS RECYCLABLES COLLECTED AT STAFFED SOLID WASTE FACILITIES IN 3 , 25 AND 40 ROLL CUBIC YARD OFF BINS . BINS WILL BE PICKED UP BY VENDOR AT THE BISHOP - SUNLAND LANDFILL . HAULING FROM OTHER SOLID WASTE FACILITIES WILL BE PERFORMED BY INYO COUNTY STAFF . Vendor will provide " Recollect " as a resource and service reminder for routes and material disposal / recycling information . Vendor will continue to donate closed roll off bins for use at lnyo County Facility for the collection and transportations of recycling material . Vendor will provide lnyo County with data in regards to recycling material diverted from the landfill in Franchise reporting . Vendor will provide reliable services in a way that lnyo County can work towards their goal of increasing recycling programs and diversion . 2 . Anticipated Dates and Location of Performance On an on - call basis the roll - off containers will be picked up and returned to Bishop Sunland Landfill within 48 hours of notification of a full bin .
