The Contractor shall remove old water fountain box to the right of the fireplace . d . The Contractor shall remove exposed conduit on fireplace wall to be ran in wall with MC Cable . e . The Contractor shall remove both exterior condensing units and all signage and retain for re - installation . f . The Contractor shall remove the lights over each restroom door . 2 ) Park Fencing : a . The Contractor shall remove split rail fencing at the Front Gate , South Entrance and approximately 800 - feet along the roadside between entrances . New Work 1 ) Pavillion : a . The Contractor shall re - install switches for lights and fans to match original locations and cut into wall . Junction boxes shall be relocated where they will not be cut into new siding . b . The Contractor shall install blocking to re - hang units for restrooms . c . The Contractor shall install new fiberglass reinforced concrete siding and trim to manufacturer specifications . d . The Contractor shall install new LP Smartside Engineered Treated Composite fascia boards . e . The Contractor shall wrap all support posts with LP Smartside to create the appearance of solid columns .
