Description | Strategic Planning : Assist in the preparation of redevelopment plans , amendments , and strategies in line with local and state regulations . Public Outreach : Engage with stakeholders , including residents , developers , and government agencies , to gather input and build consensus . Project Management : Oversee specific redevelopment projects from inception to completion , ensuring they adhere to timelines and budgets . Funding and Grants : Identify and assist in applying for state and federal grants , or other funding sources available to support redevelopment efforts . Developer Coordination : Act as a liaison between the municipality and private developers to ensure projects are consistent with community goals and regulatory requirements . Financial Analysis : Provide cost - benefit analyses , pro forma analysis , and economic impact studies for proposed redevelopment projects . Legal and Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all redevelopment activities comply with applicable local , state , and federal laws , including the New Jersey Redevelopment and Housing Law ( N . J . S . A . 40A : 12A - 1 et seq .). |
