Description

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) is seeking a provider in Invercargill/ Murihiku to deliver Reducing Demand for Methamphetamine Programme.This procurement relates to seeking provider/s that will deliver a Methamphetamine Harm Reduction programme over a four-year period by Expanding Intensive Treatment Services embedding workforce. The Service will address the following objectives:- Expansion of community-based treatment capacity in high demand areas- Provision of wraparound supports that sustain recovery beyond the clinical setting- Coordinated recovery planning for all service users / whaiora and their whānau where needed- Strengthened integration across services to avoid duplication and improve outcomes- Improved recovery outcomes, including reduced relapse rates.- Support workforce development and training.
