Refrigeration Services

Services will include but are not limited to : maintenance and repair services of commercial refrigerators and refrigeration units , freezers , ice makers , chillers , walk - ins , reach - ins and display units on a time and material basis ; facility remodeling ; installation , repair , maintenance , relocation , and replacement of equipment , with purchase of parts as necessary . Parts and materials shall be invoiced at a cost not to exceed 20 % of the Contractor ’ s costs ; the State reserves the right to request cost verification for all parts and materials . These services are needed for any and all existing and new Southern Nevada Business Enterprises of Nevada ( BEN ) locations in Clark County NV , including the three ( 3 ) sites at the Hoover Dam and one ( 1 ) site in Mesquite . Travel Costs will only be paid for travel over 40 miles ( one - way ) from the vendor ’ s contracted location or to the Hoover Dam sites .
