Amendment 0001 : The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work , more specifically the salient characteristics , as well as update the proposal due date to May 06 2026 2 : 00 PM CST . The Department of Veteran Affairs Bakersfield VA Clinic is requesting contractors provide brand name or equal that meet or exceed the physical , functional and performance refrigerators and freezers . The equipment feature is essential to the technical requirements to meet the needs of the government as described in the attached solicitation . Please ensure you pay attention to the salient characteristics especially the quantities , colors and finishes . 1 . The offeror ’ s quote submission shall include the following - Signed and Dated SF 1449 to include name , address , and telephone number of the offeror , firm ' s DUNS # and ORCA document in SAM at www . sam . gov - Authorized Distributor Letter on OEM Letterhead , if the offeror is not the OEM .- Technical Quote describing the offered product and demonstrating that the offered product is the brand name or an equal product that meets the salient characteristics described in Statement of Work .- Completed Price Schedule to include unit price , and overall price - Place of Manufacture and / or applicable BAA / TAA Certificates along with the Concur / Non - Concur sheet on page 2 of this document . Quotes that fail to include all required documentation and information will be rejected and will not be considered for award . 2 . Any offeror submitting a proposal as a joint venture must provide a certification from each SDVOSB joint partner , signed by an authorized official of each partner to the joint venture , stating that the parties to the joint venture : a ) have entered into a joint venture agreement that fully complies with paragraph ( c ) of 13 CFR § 128 . 402 ; andb ) will perform the contract in compliance with the joint venture agreement .
