Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is undertaking a $558 million redevelopment of the Albury Wodonga Regional Hospital (Albury Campus). NSW Health Infrastructure will deliver the project with AWHon behalf of NSW, Victorian and the Commonwealth Government. In parallel to this development, AWHthrough the Registration of Interest process is seeking to leverage the private sector to partner, deliver, fund, and operate two complementary infrastructure initiatives at the Albury Hospital site. These extend to: Potential private partnersin partnering with AWH may be eligible for upto $20 million in capital funding via Commonwealth and Victorian Government grants in relation to the key health worker accommodation and Medihotel asset package.
