HACD engaged Partners Engineering to complete a RAD Physical Needs Assessment (“ RPCNA ”), Phase I Environmental , and radon and asbestos analysis on the subject property in 2025 to define an initial scope of work . These reports are included as an attachment to this RFQ ( Attachment C ) |
