Scope of Services will include , furnish all labor , materials . Insurance , and equipment necessary to do the following work on the above project . 1 . Perform a preconstruction meeting to discuss set up , staging area for equipment and loading of the roof , appropriate work hours , safety , and production projections . 2 . Set up equipment , materials , and safety lines at all roof perimeters and ground loading and dumpster areas . 3 . Remove the existing ballast stone and dispose of properly . 4 . Remove the existing EPDM roof system and all accessories down to the lightweight gypsum roof deck and dispose of . 5 . Repair and remove any damaged lightweight decking at a unit cost per square foot . 6 . Install a mechanically fastened Glasbase ply sheet over the lightweight gypsum deck with twin lock base sheet fasteners . 7 . Install a 1½ " prime dens deck recovery board over the base sheet with a low - rise two - part polyurethane foam roofing adhesive . 8 . Install a fully adhered smooth 060 TPO membrane roof system with heat welded seams and all accessories in accordance with the manufacturer ' s specifications and details . 9 . Install TPO roofing membrane up the parapet walls to the precast concrete cap and terminate with termination bar and caulk and sealant . 10 . Remove old caulk on concrete cap joints and re - caulk sealant . 11 . Clean up and remove all job - related debris from jobsite . 12 . Provide a 2 - year contractor ' s warranty against defects in workmanship . 13 . Provide a 20 - year manufacturer ' s labor and material warranty .
