Remove and Replace Doors at Quick Turn Around Facility

The Work consists of furnishing all labor , materials , equipment , supervision , and coordination necessary to remove and replace six ( 6 ) existing overhead door systems at the Rental Car Return Wash Bay Facility . The proposed configuration includes installation of six ( 6 ) sectional doors and six ( 6 ) high - speed fabric roll doors , integrated as paired systems within three ( 3 ) entrance openings and three ( 3 ) exit openings . This project is renovation work within an active airport facility and will require coordination with Airport Operations and Facilities . Two ( 2 ) out of the three ( 3 ) washbays should remain in service and useable throughout the install process , during normal operating hours of the QTA . Project to be completed and invoiced by June 30th , 2026 . I . SCOPE OF WORK A . Demolition • Remove six ( 6 ) existing overhead door assemblies . • Prepare openings for installation of new door systems . • Disposal of removed doors by Owner unless otherwise directed . B . Sectional Doors ( 6 Total ) Provide and install 12 ’- 0 ” x 10 ’- 0 ” manually operated sectional doors ( AirLift Alaskan Extreme Package or approved equal ), including : • Polycarbonate glazed aluminum framed sections ( 16mm triple - wall clear polycarbonate with UV protection ) • Clear anodized aluminum finish • Reinforced bottom rail with weather astragal • 100 , 000 - cycle torsion spring system ( subject to size / lift constraints ) • Stainless steel torsion shaft , cables , bearings , and hardware • Hot - dipped galvanized 3 ” track system • Heavy - duty nylon rollers with sealed bearings • Full perimeter weather sealing C . High - Speed Fabric Roll Doors ( 6 Total ) Provide and install 12 ’- 0 ” x 10 ’- 0 ” automated high - speed fabric doors ( AirLift XRS Elite Plus or approved equal ), including : • NEMA 4 rated control enclosure • Variable Frequency Drive with adjustable speeds up to 24 inches per second • High duty cycle motor with integrated gearbox • Built - in phase conversion capability • Fiber - reinforced track system with breakaway auto - reset feature • Replaceable curtain sections with vision panels • Complete weather seal • Stainless steel shaft and hardware Automation to include : • Safety photo - eye sensors • Push - button control station • Automatic close functionality D . Electrical • Doors designed for 120VAC , 20A circuits . • VFD configured for operation on 460VAC , 3 - phase power where required . • Final primary electrical connection by licensed electrician ( by Owner or others ). E . Additional Work • Re - hang existing tube heat as required . • Provide allowance for application of Owner - supplied graphics / logos ( vector format required ). • Provide erection , installation , palletization , crating , and freight coordination .
