This project would include : Demo and remove existing carpet and cove base • Customer removes furniture ; Prep subfloor to ensure proper installation , including , but not limited to - up to two coats of skim coat to provide a flat smooth service for install . Furnish and install new Tarkett Powerbond RS carpet and vinyl cove base in locker area , office and 3 classrooms ( approximately 463 SY ). Includes 1 ’ border in locker area ( approximately 35 SY ). Colors for border , carpet and cove base to be determined by customer ; Locker area : 900 SF ; Rm 280 ( office ): 232 SF ; Rm 281 : 982 SF ; Rm 282 : 934 SF ; RM 284 : 937 SF |
