Remove and reconstruct existing bituminous sidewalks . Cleanly sawcut asphalt , remove bituminous curb , and install new granite curb . Grading , loam , hydroseed , minor associated site work . Erosion control measures . Install new 4 ' high black vinyl chain link fence . Minor pavement markings . |
