Description | Renovations To : Calhoun County Library . Renovations to include but are not limited to : Removal of existing carpeting and wall base as indicated on the proposal drawings . Preparing existing slab for installation of new luxury vinyl plank . Wall demolition , cutting concrete and removing concrete and trenching for installation of new waste and supply piping from existing sink , directly adjacent to the relocated equipment location . Installation of new metal stud wall framing and installation of new sheet rock . Provide sound batts in all new walls , full height . All plumbing taps are to be provided by general contractor at relocated coffee equipment and ice machine . Provide luxury vinyl plank and 1x6 base with ogee cap and ¼ round trim in new Canteen . Ceiling grid and tile to be re - worked and extended to meet new walls or soffits . All ceiling tile is to match existing in size and texture . Contractor to provide means of dust containment from new and existing construction . These methods are to be maintained through the duration of construction . See more |
