The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island Arsenal is issuing this sources sought notice for the construction project to seal an approximately 380ft deep , disused water well . The Contractor is required to employ the necessary equipment , instruments , and materials to accomplish the task of sealing this old well in accordance with Illinois Administrative Code Title 77 Chapter I Section 920 . 120 . The Contractor shall complete the necessary reporting to the County of Rock Island Public Health Department including paying fees . This project is located on the Rock Island Arsenal , Rock Island , IL . This project shall be a working day contract . The contractor is allowed 90 working days to complete the project . See attached Statement of Work dated March 18 , 2026 . Interested sources should provide responses no later than 3 : 00PM Central Time on April 20 , 2026 . Responses should include the following information : Details of previous , in - scope projects , including dates and the organizations for which the work was performed . CAGE code .
