Phase 1 : Remove existing stucco , lathe and paper and windows between the flat roof and the copper dome cap . Care must be taken to prevent damaging the roof membrane during demolition . Remove all debris from the roof . The contractor will coordinate roof access points with Riverton City Project Manager . Once demolition is complete , the Contractor and Riverton City officials will inspect the framing and OSB sheeting to insure there is no damage . Phase 2 : Wrap the outside sheeting with Tyvek HomeWrap ; install new windows , windows are to be vinyl , heavy reinforced , multi - chambered , insulated , black color frame , double pane , LoEi89 glass , grids to match existing windows , installed with 6 " bituthene window flashing , caulk and seal to make air tight seal ; Install 10 ' tall Hardie Panel , Select Cedarmill surface , with Hardie Trim on all corners and seams , primed ready for paint Install flashing and kickout flange between the copper dome cap and walls to prevent water from getting behind the Hardie Panel , install kickout flashing on the bottom . Caulk and paint the Hardie sheeting , color to match existing color on the building . Care must be taken to prevent damaging the roof membrane during construction . There are electrical boxes on the walls that will need to be moved and then placed back in order for the work to be done . Contractor will need to provide a portable restroom during construction . Contractor will need to access the roof from the outside . Contractor will need to provide a crane to get the equipment and materials on the roof . Contractor will need to provide interior scaffolding for window replacement .
