Work consists of the demolition of the existing roofing system including asphalt shingles , underlayment , ice and water shield , gutters , soffit and fascia , and all other flashings trim and fasteners associated with the existing system . Existing dormers will also be demolished with roof decking repair . Installation of the new roofing system includes new shingle system as specified , new soffit and fascia , and new gutters and downspouts . The project NAICS code 238160 with a small business size standard of $ 19 , 000 , 000 . 00 . The estimated project magnitude is between $ 500 , 000 . 00 and $ 1 , 000 , 000 . 00 . Notice to Offeror ( s )/ Supplier ( s ): Funds are presently available for this effort . The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation , either before or after the closing date . In the event the Government cancels this solicitation , the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs . Project Site Visit : As specified in FAR Clause 52 . 236 - 27 ( Alt I ), a site visit will be held on07 January 2026 at 1 : 00 pm MSTin the 341st Contracting Squadron Auditorium ( located at 7015 Goddard Drive , Bldg . 145 , Malmstrom AFB , MT , 59402 ). All interested parties must be able to access a federal installation in order to attend the site visit . If you do not currently have the ability to access to a federal installation , please fill out , sign , and submit a Contractor Entry Authorization List ( CEAL ) ( Attachment 8 ) to the contracting personnel identified in Box 7no later than 30 December 2025 .
