*** This is a Sole Source Requirement to Honeywell Cage Code 5Y043 *** This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price contract for the repair of the Air Data Processor ( ADP ), NSN : 6610 - 01 - 432 - 8459FX , PN : 2118952 - 5 , to provide all of the necessary parts and labor to test and repair the ADP . The repair of the ADP is performed as a Direct Sales Partnership Agreement ( DSPA ) with the Government ( WR - ALC / EMXG ), supporting requirements generated for the Air Force Sustainment Center ( AFSC ), 638th Supply Chain Management Group ( SCMG ), 409th Supply Chain Management Squadron ( SCMS )/ GUMCA . The contract will be a one - year ( 12 - month ) Definitive Contract . The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open procedures in accordance with FAR Part 6 . 302 . The Government does not own any production level technical data in support of this requirement . As a result , Honeywell International , CAGE 5Y043 , is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the F - 15E ’ s Air Data Processor ’ s performance requirements and possession of the required technical data and capabilities needed to repair this item and ensure compatibility of the equipment .
