THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to Repair lights outside of the helipad at Akasaka Press Center and at Camp Zama for DPW, USAGJ. Anticipated award date is around 29 Jun 2026 (subject to change). Description: Replace emergency and exit light fixtures at Camp Zama and Sagamihara Family Housing Area. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to replace emergency and exit lighting fixtures at Bldg 238, Bldg 1018, Camp Zama (CZ) and Bldg 146, Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA). Notes: Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code. Note 2: The contractor shall submit personnel qualification, Electrician License, 2nd class license or higher (?????????) prior to the award.
