Performance and Payment Bonds : I accordance with FAR clause 52 . 228 - 15 , Performance and Payment Bonds -- Construction , the successful offeror will be required to furnish both performance and payment bonds after the contract is awarded . b . In Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( ILC ) is an acceptable form of security for the performance and payment bonds , as authorized by FAR clause 52 . 228 - 14 , Irrevocable Letter of Credit , and in lieu of corporate or individual sureties . d . Magnitude of Construction : The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $ 250 , 000 and $ 500 , 000 . e . Availability of Funds : The statement in Section L on page 30 of the solicitation regarding the unavailability of funds is hereby deleted in its entirety . Solicitation FA671226Q0002 is issued as a Request for Quote ( RFQ ). The solicitation document , with the incorporated clauses and provisions , will be issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR ) Parts 12 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm - fixed price contract . Interested vendors should reference the solicitation documents for all terms and conditions . All interested and eligible parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have the most current information ( i . e . Amendments ) for the solicitation . No paper solicitation will be available . Procurement is solicitation as a one hundred percent ( 100 %) Small Business set - aside . The solicitation will result in a Firm - Fixed Price ( FFP ) contract .
