The U . S . Army Corps of Engineer ( USACE ), Philadelphia District ( NAP ), anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed - price service contract for this acquisition to procure services for contractor to remove and replace the existing tank level indicator monitoring system with a non - contact radar monitoring system on the Dredge McFARLAND . A total of 27 TLIs shall be replaced . BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD : Quotations will be evaluated on technical ( capability of the products or services offered to meet the agencys need ), price , and paster performance . QUOTE SUBMISSION : Offerors shall submit their quotes no later than 1400 EST on 26 March 2026 as follows : The Offerors quote shall be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment ( PIEE ), as described below . The Offerors quote shall not contain classified data . The use of hyperlinks in bids is prohibited . NOTE : The only authorized transmission method to this solicitation is electronically via PIEE Solicitation Module online submission . NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS ( EMAIL , FACSIMILIE , REGULAR MAIL , HANDCARRIED , ETC .,) WILL BE ACCEPTED .
