Description | The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified mobile home dealers for the demolition and turnkey construction of One ( 1 ) Two Bedroom / Two Bathroom Mobile home located in Muskogee County . The existing home has tested positive for ACM . Please adhere to the areas noted in the report attached . he manufactured home will be a modestly designed single family unit . Site development and construction activity will adhere to applicable zoning regulations . Medium Quality ; ADA Accessible : Grab bars at toilet & tub / shower , high rise toilet , ADA shower with transfer , entry doorway of 36 ", ramp , and wall hung vanity . Bid will need to include delivery , set up , AC unit installation , skirting and tie down . The existing mobile home will need to be demolished , and all debris removed from the site and disposed of at a code legal dump site . New mobile home is to be set at the same location as the existing mobile home . Bedrooms 2 ; Bathrooms 2 ; Square Footage 1091 ; Utilize energy efficient design in the construction of these units with Energy Star appliances , Low E Energy Star windows , and insulation that meets Energy Star recommended R - Values ( 30 - attic and 25 - wall ). Energy Efficient Component ; Energy Star appliances ; Low E Energy Star windows ; Energy Star recommended R - value ; insulation ; Class 4 Shingles |
