Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : A Not come under clause Article of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorshi or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. B Not come under clause Article of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience. C have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025・2026・202 in sales of product or offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. D Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer. E meet the qualification requirements in the specification.
