Description | 1 . Removal and replacement of one ( 1 ) existing American Standard Inc . ( The Trane Company ) Air Conditioner ( AC ) Unit Model No . 2TTA0060A4000AA ( October , 2004 manufactured date ) that serves the breakroom and locker room area for the Manistee County Road commission ( MCRC ) with a comparable high efficiency unit with equivalent capacity . Note : The existing AC unit measures 30 ” wide x 32 ” deep x 33 ” high 2 . Work shall also include but is not limited to the following : A . All related electrical work and materials to connect to the existing safety switch box . B . All related piping work and materials to connect to the existing piping . C . Removal and replacement of the existing evaporator coil with a new evaporator coil compatible with the new AC Unit . D . Disposal of the existing air conditioner unit , evaporator coil , and related items . E . All required permits and related fees , if required ( electrical , etc .) |
