B The existing radioactive sources must be removed and the new sources must be installed safely. C The equipment required for source replacement must be delivered, assembled, disassembled, and removed appropriately. D The system must be restored, and dose and accuracy verification must be performed after source replacement. E The source replacement work must comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
