1 . Removal & Disposal  Removal and lawful disposal of 24 existing rooftop gas package HVAC units  Removal of associated curb caps or adapters as required  Proper refrigerant recovery per EPA requirements  All debris removed daily ; site kept clean and safe . 2 . Equipment  Provide and install twenty - four ( 24 ) new commercial high - efficiency gas packaged rooftop units  Equipment shall be sized to replace existing tonnage unless engineering evaluation recommends otherwise  Units must meet or exceed current Oregon Mechanical Code and applicable energy efficiency standards  Heat exchangers compatible with existing ductwork  Economizers on applicable tonnage systems where required by code .  Fresh air hoods where required  Smoke detectors integrated into systems where required  Minimum 2 ” high - efficiency pleated filters .  New gas regulators as required  Electrical wires in conduit entering into the roof deck  Surge protection installed for each unit  Minimum 10 ” curb height ; provide adapters where required . 3 . Server Room System  Replace one ( 1 ) existing ductless server room heat pump system  Include condensate pump and surge protection  Refrigerant : R - 32 or EPA - compliant equivalent .  Provide alternate pricing for a redundant server room cooling system
