Description | These specifications establish the minimum requirements for the design , fabrication , shop finishing , and delivery of three ( 3 ) prefabricated half - through steel truss pedestrian bridge superstructures ( no overhead bracing ), including bearings and all required connection hardware , for installation at the following locations in Windsor , Connecticut : Stroh Park Bridge Custer Park Bridge Wilson Park Bridge Work under this item includes complete engineering and fabrication of the bridge superstructures as shown on the plans and as required by these specifications . Bridges shall be designed and manufactured by a qualified bridge manufacturer with documented experience in prefabricated pedestrian bridge systems . |
