The Authority intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to two pools of businesses: one minor works pool to be comprised of small businesses and one major works pool to be comprised of large business prime consultants. There is also the possibility that the Authority will establish a third pool comprised of intermediate-sized businesses. Accordingly, the Authority seeks responses from large businesses as well as qualified Small Business (SB), Small Business for the Purpose of Public Works (SB-PW), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)*, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) entities, in addition to entities identifying as "intermediate".
