The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a Brand Name solicitation for the procurement of the following product : PVF Industrial Vacuum Sealer Model : PAC PVG Electro Pac 36Built - in Air Compressor 220 V Model No : 4G40403This award is being conducted utilizing policies in FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services , specifically FAR 12 . 102 , Restricting competition . IAW DFARS PGI 206 . 103 - 170 , the intent of this Request for Information Notice is to identify any or equal product which may meet the specifications and performance requirements identified on the attached Salient Characteristics document . This is not a request for competitive proposals . The offering of an or equal product must include a technical data sheet to serve as confirmation of an exact match to all requirements identified within the Salient Characteristics document . All “ Or Equal ” product offers should be sent to the Contracting Officer , Patricia Murray at patricia . murray . 6 @ us . af . mil , phone ( 520 ) 228 - 3095 no later than Friday , 20 Mar 2026 , at 1 : 00 PM PST and must include the technical data sheet . Responses received will be evaluated ; however , a determination by the Government to proceed with a BRAND NAME solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government . Information received will be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a BRAND NAME or BRAND NAME or EQUAL solicitation . The 355th Contracting Squadron will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information .
