Description | The City of Burlington seeks an individual or entity to partner with staff to design , facilitate , and document conclusions resulting from a full - day retreat for the Burlington City Council . The retreat will take place in - person at a city - owned facility in Burlington on a yet - to - be - determined date in the summer of 2026 . The selected facilitator will support the Council retreat by providing planning , day - of retreat management , and post - retreat documentation and identification of next steps . This retreat will be a public meeting and must comply with NCGS 143 - 318 ( Open Meetings Law ) and NCGS 132 - 1 ( Public Records Law ). See more |
