Request for Proposals Senior Exercise Wellness Program

The successful Respondent will provide the Township with sufficient Senior Citizen Center Community Memberships for up to 200 of the senior citizens registered with the Hillsborough Township Social Services Department . These memberships will provide participants the following full membership privileges at the Respondent ’ s facility which must be located within Hillsborough Township :  Free unlimited use of the facility  Free fitness orientation to address the individual ’ s health and wellness needs with two follow - up sessions per year  Member rates on all services provided by the facility that are not included in the full membership  The facility will provide 18 wellness classes per week of instruction for the senior citizens at the Fitness Facility . The classes should include strength , balance and flexibility exercises designed to promote overall wellness in senior citizens . Respondent should provide an evidence based The schedule must be agreed upon by the respondent and the Township representative . At the option of Township , additional exercise classes may be added to the schedule for an additional annual fee agreed upon by the respondent and the Township
