Description | THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT . The overall goal of this project , is to replace the existing DCC PLCs with Allen Bradley ( AB ) ControlLogix PLCs , update the automation programming to work with the new hardware , provide controls hardware required for functionality , and provide manufacturer start - up services to confirm proper functionality and performance of the centrifuges after the PLC upgrade . PPQ will be attached to this form . Note : Disregard RFQ submission dates embedded in Instruction to Offeror . All other terms and conditions remain unchanged . |
