Description | Lessee shall operate Sunday – Saturday from 8 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM during the peak season . Lessee shall operate the two ( 2 ) weeks of Spring Break and the days encompassing Fall Break Wednesday – Friday from 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM and Saturday through Sunday 8 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM . Lessee shall also operate the Monday of Labor Day . The low season hours are wholly negotiable . OTRD shall consider business proposals that include changing services offered during the low and shoulder seasons . OTRD is currently offering grab - and - go services during the low season at the locations . OTRD does not have enough data to provide for a significant review of gross sales . OTRD shall turn this operation over to the successful Bidder to continue revenue generation for the business during the low season . Upon accepting the operation of location , the Bidder is wholly responsible for the manner and execution of such operation . |
