After the City Places an order . Vendor will recap all serviceable casings that are provided by the City of Valdosta . Vendors will not sub - contract recapping services . This must be done on site at bidders owned or leased address ( s ). Vendor will utilize tire compound that contributes to good traction , tire Mileage , and longer wear for the City of Valdosta . Vendor Must dispose of unserviceable casings at no additional cost . Vendor must inspect all casings for needed section repairs ; nail punctures , holes , sidewall damage or any other condition that might render the casing not serviceable for recapping . Approximate yearly usage is provided . Theis is an estimated usage and no guarantees are provided . 1 . 400 Ea Tires Retread , 11 R 22 . 5 Highway Tread , Tubeless ; 2 . 20 Ea Tires Retread , lOR 22 . 5 Highway Tread , Tubeless ; 3 . 10 Ea Tires Retread , 12R 22 . 5 Highway Tread , Tubeless
