Description | The SCM represents the SRPLB and will manage this DPA on their behalf . Over the 3 - year term of the DPA , the SRPLB plans to offer the Licensed Site Remediation Professional ( LSRP ) Exam twice – during the Fall of 2026 and Spring of 2028 ( exact dates to be determined ). The SRPLB owns all previously developed materials ( called “ deliverables ”). The Contractor must use these approved materials . If the Contractor believes any part is not usable , they must explain why in writing to the SCM . The SRPLB will review and either accept or reject the explanation . If rejected , the Contractor must use the original materials as directed . |
