REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - BACKSTOP REMOVAL AND REPLACMENTThe City of Livonia Michigan will receive sealed bids via the MITN WEBSITE ONLY ( www . mitn . info ) for REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF BACKSTOP AT DIAMOND # 3 AND # 6 , FORD FIELD according to the specifications herein . Sealed bids will be received until 2 : 00 p . m ., on SEPTEMBER 30 , 2025 . No faxed bids will be accepted . No late bids will be accepted . No physical bids will be accepted . All bid responses must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format via the MITN website . Bids received via the MITN website by the specified due date and time will be publicly opened at the due date and time via Zoom .
