Please plan accordingly to ensure timely submission.The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any minor irregularities.******If the bidder submits both an electronic bid and a properly completed manual bid, the Purchasing Division will use the electronic bid to determine the total bid amount of the bid. If the bidder submits an electronic bid and a manual bid that is not complete, the Purchasing Division will use the electronic bid to determine the total bid amount of the bid. **********Bid forms can be downloaded and printed through Cit-E-Bid. *****Mailed Proposals (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, or facsimile proposals will not be considered. ******** |
