B . destination to the Water Filtration Plant , 1200 Pine Grove Ave . or the Wastewater Treatment Plant , 100 Merchant Street , Port Huron , MI 48060 . Additionally , please provide a written statement from your chemical or material supplier ( s ) stating that PFAS substances are not present in the material or chemical formulation of your product ( s ) and are not formed during manufacturing .
