Description | Kainga Ora is known for its building and management of public housing, and is the largest landlord in New Zealand. As the organisation's name indicates, the organisation's scope has expanded from just delivery of homes to the building of communities. Hence Kainga Ora is exploring options for a 'digital community platform' designed to give its customers (e.g. tenants) a sense of community identity, the ability to connect with neighbours, service providers, facilities and develop personal wellbeing.
