Description | The Town of Johnstown seeks a qualified consulting partner to design , deploy , and support a modern , cloud - based Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environment that will serve as the Town ’ s centralized GIS platform for internal operations and future public - facing applications . The selected consultant will provide end - to - end services — from architectural planning through post - deployment support — to establish a secure , scalable , and fully functional ArcGIS Enterprise “ Base Deployment ” in a cloud environment such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services . The work includes evaluating the Town ’ s current GIS workflows , infrastructure , user needs , and licensing ; developing a cloud architecture and security model aligned with best practices ; installing and configuring all necessary components of ArcGIS Enterprise ; migrating existing GIS data and publishing essential services ; and ensuring that Town staff receive appropriate documentation , training , and knowledge transfer to effectively administer and maintain the system long - term .
