The City of Menlo Park (City) is currently designing the 3.7-mile alignment and flood control elements located within the City. As part of the Menlo Park SAFER Bay Project (Project), the City is seeking proposals from qualified community-based organizations to support public outreach and engagement efforts for input on the design elements of the Project. Specifically, the City is seeking support for tailored outreach in the Belle Haven and Bayfront neighborhoods. The organization selected will be responsible for coordinating with City staff and the design and engineering consultant team, which is tasked with the development of outreach materials and overall city-wide outreach and engagement efforts.
