The County of Westchester ( the “ County ”), acting by and through the Westchester Educational Opportunity Center of Westchester Community College (“ WEOC ”), invites proposals from qualified instructors to provide instruction for our Occupational Safety & Health Administration training programI . SCOPE OF SERVICES : The vendor who delivers the Occupational Safety & Health Administration training program must : Effectively deliver instruction for the Occupational Safety & Health Administration ( OSHA ) and Site Safety Training ( SST ) outlined in Schedule A . Instruction may be delivered virtually or on - site as determined by the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs . Provide a student - centered environment , conducive to learning and engagement . Abide by all WEOC student - related policies and academic procedures relevant to maintaining an effective and positive classroom environment . Submit a syllabus or outline of instruction broken down by class session for review and approval at least three days before the scheduled start date for the program . Provide copies of any and all credentials required for instructors by the U . S . Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administration . Supervise and assist students with completing the application for OSHA and SST cards . Submit completed application for OSHA and SST cards to respective governmental agencies . Take daily attendance and submit daily signed attendance sheets . Provide all necessary instructional materials ( books / handouts / web resources ) to the students . Provide OSHA and SST instructor credentials prior to the start of the programSubmit the OSHA and SST certification cards earned by students to a designated Academic Affairs administrator . II . TERM : The term of the agreement will be for a period commencing on or about July 1 , 2026 and expiring on or about June 30 , 2029 . See more
