Description | The New York Racing Association , Inc ( NYRA ) is soliciting proposals from interested parties to provide for , fabricate and deliver to ( NYRA ). Custom , Limited Edition , One of a Kind and Specialized trophies , awards and gifts for participating and winning thoroughbred owners , trainers , and jockeys participating in various races and events it holds at NYRA ' s three ( 3 ) racetracks , Aqueduct Racetrack in Ozone Park , NY 11417 , Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont , NY 11003 , and Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs , NY 12866 . The term of this agreement shall be for two ( 2 ) years with two ( 2 ) optional one ( 1 ) year renewals . NYRA reserves the right to awardallorpartsof the business to a single bidder or to multiple bidders , in its sole and absolute discretion . Bidders may also provide proposals for the entire scope or for specific trophies and designs . See more |
