<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in; text-align: justify; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;">The City of Norfolk (&ldquo;City&rdquo;) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide and install </span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">X-Ray Machines and Related Equipment for the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center through either a five (5) year lease agreement or a direct purchase <span style="color: black;">according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.</span></span><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 22.5pt; margin: 0in; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">&nbsp;</span><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in; text-align: justify; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The date of completion of the installation is December 31, 2024, in preparation for the cruise season.
