The Town of Basalt is accepting proposals from qualified firms capable of providing design - build services for theCliff ’ s Hillside Park Renovation Project ( the “ Project ”). The Project seeks to provide a new design for Cliff ’ s HillsidePark , a small neighborhood park in Basalt , Colorado . The existing playground at Cliff ’ s Hillside Park has beenidentified for replacement in the Town ’ s Asset Management Plan and the need for replacement of the playgroundprovides an opportunity for the redesign of the park , and replacement of the playground with a safer and moremodern structure or set of play features . Prior to issuance of this Request for Proposals , the Town of Basaltconducted a community outreach effort including in - person outreach and an online survey . The results of thecommunity outreach are included in the RFP , and should be considered in the design process . Competitiveproposals shall provide unique , creative design solutions , and experience in design and construction of municipalpark projects in mountain towns . See more
