Description | The Town of Woodstock is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare an Environmental Assessment ( EA ) which is compliant with the National Environmental Policy Act ( NEPA ) and is specific to the Northern Borders Regional Commission Catalyst Grant program . The selected consultant will coordinate with the municipal staff , Woodstock ’ s consultant engineering firm ( s ), and The Clark Group ( environmental consultants for NBRC ) to complete the Environmental Assessment . The consultant will be responsible for : • Preparation and completion of the Environmental Assessment template provided by NBRC . • Section 106 consultation and review • Preparation and completion of the 8 - step Decision - Making Process for Floodplains and Wetlands • Section 7 Consultation , if required . • Preparation and provision of the Administrative Record for NBRC • Assistance with the Public Comment Process , as needed including drafting of responses to public comments for The Clark Group and NBRC to review . • Assist The Clark Group with completion of the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding Of No Significant Impact ( FONSI ), as needed . |
