The selected consultant will be required to provide all services necessary for the project including ( but not limited to ) bridge design ; roadway design ; geotechnical investigation , analysis , and design ; survey ; environmental evaluation and permitting ; hydraulic analysis and design ; public involvement ; local agency and other stakeholder coordination ; R / W design ; and potentially R / W acquisition . |
